  • What payment options do I have?

We offer the following payment methods in our online shop:

Payment in advance

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)
Direct debit (via Paypal)
Google Pay, Apple Pay
And others

  • What is the payment term in your online shop?

Unless otherwise agreed with us, the goods will be delivered against payment in advance (Paypal, credit card, direct debit, etc.). A cash discount cannot usually be granted.

  • How do I choose the payment options?

The payment options are offered to you when you select "Proceed to checkout" in the shopping cart. The shipping costs are also displayed - depending on the delivery country.

  • What are the delivery times?

The normal delivery time within Germany is 2-4 working days after receipt of payment. If something cannot be delivered within this period, we will inform you immediately.

  • With which shipping service will the goods be delivered?

We send all pieces of jewelry as an insured package with a trackable tracking number via DHL.

  • Are express deliveries possible?

We currently do not offer express deliveries - however, standard shipping within Germany takes place within 2-4 working days after receipt of payment.

  • What are the postage costs?

Europe: 12.95 euros
World: 15.90 euros

  • Are the postage costs already included in the order?

The shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

  • How do I get the goods?

The goods will be sent to you insured by DHL.
