• What are the delivery times?

The normal delivery time within Germany is 2-4 working days after receipt of payment. If something cannot be delivered within this period, we will inform you immediately.

• Which shipping service will the goods be delivered via?

We send all jewelry as an insured package with a trackable tracking number via DHL.

• Are express deliveries possible?

We currently do not offer express deliveries - however, standard shipping within Germany takes place within 2-4 working days after receipt of payment.
